Sara Nomaan is an accomplished academician, psychological researcher, and Master Trainer specializing in Human Development, Family Ecology, and Applied Positive Psychology. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor (BPS-19) in Human Development and Family Studies at the FG College of Home Economics and Management Sciences, Islamabad. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held key strategic roles in national education architecture, including serving as Curriculum Development Coordinator for multiple specialized Associate Degree Programs and Program Coordinator for the Board of Studies at Quaid-i-Azam University. Her training initiatives focus on empowering women and local communities through scientific parenting frameworks, adolescent mental health interventions, and systemic emotional intelligence conditioning. Proving her commitment to modern innovation, she successfully mentored the national college cohort that achieved 2nd place in the Central Asian Regional Finale of the CAREC University Startup Challenge.
