The Woodrow Wilson Institute of Public Administration (WIPA) has not been created just to teach rules and regulations; it has been built to empower the people, especially the younger generation(s), who will look after our communities, our countries, and our shared future. The institute has been named after the father of modern-day Public Administration as well as the 28th US President, Woodrow Wilson.
The challenges we face today — ranging from climate changes to digital divides — do not care about old-school bureaucracy, rather they require leaders who can think on their feet, listen with empathy, and use data to solve real human problems. WIPA is a space where fresh ideas meet practical experience, and where the next generation of public servants learn to lead with both a sharp mind and a compassionate heart.

Research with a Purpose
We are not interested in research papers that sit on a shelf gathering mere dust. Our research team looks at immediate, real-time issues and hands practical solutions directly to local leaders.
Support for Current Leaders
Public service can be a tough, exhausting job. We provide space for current civil servants and leaders from non-profit organizations to return to learning centers, recharge their abilities, learn new skills, and connect with peers.
WIPA Membership
Membership entails clear advantages for students, teachers, and practitioners working within the realms of Public Administration, Non-Profit Organizations, and General Management. Active Members get prioritized enrollment for all National & International fully funded & partially funded Conferences, Workshops, Trainings & Certifications.
WIPA Internship Programme
Student Members get exclusive opportunities to enroll for a handsomely paid internship program. Includes an international exposure trip for best-performing interns and sponsored positions at Inter-Governmental Organizations (e.g., SAARC, ILO). Aligned with HEC guidelines, ILO standards, and ISO-29997 standards for high-quality Supervision and Accredited Certification.

Current Internship Opportunities
Important Guidelines: Only registered WIPA members are eligible to apply. Stipends align strictly with ILO standards. No age limit applies, and no application fees are required.
Selection is strictly merit-based. Females, religious minorities, specially-abled individuals, and children of martyred soldiers/officers are highly encouraged to apply. 10 seats are strictly reserved across these categories.
Trainers' Pool Enlistment
Application Fee: PKR 1,500/-WIPA invites applications from qualified and experienced Trainers / Resource Persons for inclusion in its official pool. Enlisted individuals will deliver lectures and facilitate workshops across local and international programs. Travel, boarding, and lodging expenses are fully covered by WIPA & partner institutions alongside standard regulation payouts.
